Canisius earns an upset for the conference's first men's win of 2025-26.

BOSTON - Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) had four teams take the ice on Friday, with two of them playing in their inaugural games of the 2025-26 regular season while the remaining pair played in exhibition contests.

Senior forward Hunter Andrew netted the game's second goal against (RV)/No. 20 Clarkson, which would be the eventual game-winner in a 3-1 upset victory.

Senior netminder Chase Clark made 31 saves and allowed one goal in his season debut.

Junior defenseman Tyler DesRochers scored Mercyhurst's sole goal in its 1-11 loss at No. 12/12 Michigan.

Air Force freshman forward Oliver Genest tied the exhibition matchup with (RV) Omaha 16:58 into the third period to force overtime. However, the Falcons fell 2-3 only 33 seconds into overtime.
