BOSTON - Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) announced its Players of the Week on Tuesday for games played between Nov. 17-23.
Three programs were represented with one first-time honoree.
Forward: Tessa Janecke, SR, Penn State
Defenseman: Danica Maynard, FR, Penn State
Goaltender: Maggie Hatch, R-JR, Robert Morris
Rookie: Tilli Keranen (F), RIT
Janecke earned her second weekly honor of the 2025-26 campaign after leading AHA with five points (2G-3A) last week.
The Nittany Lions' captain recorded two multi-point efforts against then-(RV) RIT, including a three-point (1G-2A) performance on Saturday, Nov. 22, in a 4-3 win to remain undefeated at 16-0-0.
The senior forward leads the nation with 11 multi-point games this season.
Maynard now has three weekly AHA awards this season after leading all blueliners in the conference with three points (2G-1A) last week.
The freshman recorded all three of her points in the Nittany Lions' 4-3 victory on Saturday, Nov. 22, at then-(RV) RIT.
In 2025-26, Maynard has tallied at least three points in three games, which is the second-most among Division I blueliners.
Hatch is honored with her first Goaltender of the Week award this season after she helped keep the Colonials unbeaten against Syracuse, going 1-0-1.
The redshirt junior led AHA with a 0.96 goals-against average and a .971 save percentage. Additionally, Hatch made 68 saves and recorded her second shutout in 2025-26 with 29 saves in a 3-0 victory.
Kernanen received her first AHA weekly honor after tying for the RIT lead in points last weekend.
In two games, the freshman forward notched three points (1G-2A) and recorded a two-point (2A) effort on Saturday, Nov. 22, in a 3-4 loss to then-No. 6/6 Penn State.
