WEST POINT, N.Y. - (RV) Bentley visited Army West Point in a Sunday Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) contest, the second game of the home-and-home series after the pair of teams met Friday in Worcester, Mass.
The Falcons topped the Black Knights 3-2 on the road, behind three different goal scorers. Junior forward Nik Hong had his first multi-goal game of the season as he netted both for the Black Knights.
The scoring began when junior forward Chase Davis potted one on the power play 15:49 into the opening period.
Freshman forward Owen Goodbrand added his second game-winner of the season, making it a 3-1 game at the time. Hong's second goal came 18:21 into the final frame, but Army West Point could not find the back of the net a third time before 60:00 ran out.
Both the Falcons' freshman Lukas Swedin and the Black Knights' JJ Cataldo made 20 stops in the contest.
