Atlantic Hockey America Announces 2025-26 Women's All-Conference Teams

All-AHA and AHA All-Rookie teams honored.

BOSTON - Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) is proud to recognize its 16 student-athletes represented on the 2025-26 All-AHA teams and AHA All-Rookie Team.

2025-26 ALL-AHA FIRST TEAM
The All-AHA First Team group of forwards includes senior Tessa Janecke (Penn State) and sophomores Grace Outwater (Penn State) and Jessica MacKinnon (Robert Morris). In conference play, Outwater led AHA in goals (19) and points with 31 (19G-12A) through 24 contests. Janecke finished second in the conference with 29 points (14G-15A) after she skated in 16 games. MacKinnon finished her first season in AHA tied for third in league play with 27 points (11G-16A) and appeared in 24 games.

The blueliners on the All-AHA First Team include senior Kendall Butze (Penn State) and junior Emma Pickering (RIT). Butze tied for the lead among all AHA defensemen with 26 points (5G-21A) in 24 games. Pickering finished the campaign with 19 points (9G-10A) in 18 contests, and tied all conference defensemen for the power play goal lead with five.

Senior netminder Katie DeSa (Penn State) posted a 16-1-0 record in 17 conference games and led all AHA goaltenders (min. 33% team minutes played) with a .942 save percentage and a 1.08 goals-against average. DeSa also led AHA play with eight shutouts over the campaign.


2025-26 ALL-AHA SECOND TEAM
The trio of forwards named to the All-AHA Second Team are redshirt freshman Julia Perjus (Mercyhurst) alongside Penn State seniors Katelyn Roberts and Maddy Christian. Perjus led all AHA freshmen in scoring during league play, tallying 27 points (9G-18A) in 24 contests and also tied for the first-year lead in power play goals with five. Roberts recorded a career high in conference play with 24 points (13G-11A) in 24 games. Christian also notched 24 points  (14G-10A) over 24 games in 2025-26.

Freshman Danica Maynard (Penn State) and senior Payten Evans (Mercyhurst) are this season’s  All-AHA Second Team duo of defensemen. Maynard skated in 24 contests and recorded 26 points (9G-17A), which is the second-most among any freshman blueliner in conference play in Division I. Evans totaled 17 points (7G-10A) in 24 contests, the fourth-most in the position group during league play this season.

Sophomore Magdalena Luggin (Mercyhurst) earned a spot on the All-AHA Second Team after posting a 12-4-2 record in 19 games played. The Lakers’ netminder finished with the second-lowest goals against average in conference play (1.87) and the second-highest save percentage (.929). Luggin recorded two shutouts in conference play.


2025-26 ALL-AHA ROOKIE TEAM
The All-AHA Rookie Team’s group of forwards consists of Perjus, Tatiana Blichova (Lindenwood) and Mikah Keller (Penn State). Perjus is a member of both the All-AHA Second Team and All-AHA Rookie Team due to a stellar freshman campaign. Blichova finished fifth in the freshman scoring race as she tallied 23 points (13G-10A) in 24 conference games. Keller finished just ahead of Blichova in fourth place among AHA’s rookies with 25 points (6G-19A) in 24 matchups skated. Keller’s 19 assists led all freshmen in league play throughout the season.

A pair of Pennsylvania-based blueliners earned a spot on the All-AHA Rookie Team, with Maynard and Linnea Misner (Robert Morris). Maynard is one of two players to make two All-AHA Teams. Misner finished the season after skating 24 games with 19 points (2G-9A).

The first-year goaltender who took the spot on the All-AHA Rookie Team was Ava Drabyk (Syracuse). In 24 contests, Drabyk posted a 10-11-3 record and finished with the third-lowest goals-against average (2.28) and third in save percentage (.923). Drabyk’s four shutouts in the AHA portion of the schedule were tied for the second-most in the league.
