Chris Hedden were both named Second Team AHCA/CCM Hockey Men’s Division I All-Americans, as announced on Friday.
The pair made up Atlantic Hockey America’s (AHA) only All-Americans from performance during the 2025-26 season. This marks the first time either has earned the honor.
Hedden capped off his collegiate career by tying for the third most points among a Division I defenseman with 34 (12G-22A) in 37 games. The Kalamazoo, Mich. native’s 12 goals were tied for the second most by all blueliners in the nation.
The 2026 AHA Defenseman of the Year was the only active skater in his position group in 2025-26 to pass the century mark, ending his career with 108 points (34G-74A) in 149 games played with Air Force.
Trudeau closed out his time at Sacred Heart by putting together a career year, where he totaled 48 points (25G-23A) in 39 games. The forward was a “Top Ten” finalist for the 2026 Hobey Baker Memorial Award, after he tied for the second-most goals in Division I and led the nation with 12 power play goals.
The Terrebonne, Quebec native was the 2026 AHA Player of the Year, Forward of the Year and the league’s scoring champion after he recorded 33 points (16G-17A) in 25 conference matchups during the regular season.
