Orange blanked against No. 4/4 Cornell in a Tuesday night contest.

ITHACA, N.Y. - Syracuse played in the sole Tuesday competition in women's Division I hockey, and was shutout for the fourth time in 2025-26.

The Orange fell 0-5 at Lynah Rink against ECAC Hockey's No. 4/4 Cornell. Syracuse held the Big Red to one goal in the opening 20 minutes, but was held scoreless by the home team.

Cornell scored two goals in each of the remaining two periods, racking up five total. The Big Red had three players record multi-point games, with all five goals scored by different skaters.

Junior netminder Annelies Bergmann recorded her third shutout of the season, and senior Maïka Paquin recorded 28 saves in her second start this season.

The Orange are back in action for two games with the first on Friday, Nov. 7, when they travel to St. Charles, Mo., for a conference matchup with Lindenwood.
