Orange leaves Stonehill with a sweep, and the Nittany Lions remain undefeated.

BOSTON - Two Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) programs, Syracuse and Penn State, finished their series this weekend with a sweep.

Senior forward Maddy Christian netted her second game-winner in the series as No. 6/7 Penn State took a 5-3 win at Vermont, and senior forward Tessa Janecke had two points (1G-1A) to tally her total this weekend at six (3G-3A), tied for the most in AHA this weekend.

Syracuse had three skaters who totaled three points today, and five overall with multipoint efforts. Freshman forward Peyton Armstrong tallied three points and led them in scoring (2G-1A) en route to scoring their most goals since Nov. 25, 2022 (10-0 win vs. Post).

(RV) Mercyhurst split its series with No. 10/10 St. Lawrence after falling 0-3 on Saturday at Mercyhurst Ice Arena in Erie, Pa. The Saints earn their first win of the season, and are 1-3 against AHA in 2025-26.

Delaware dropped its series opener against Holy Cross 2-5, despite holding a 2-1 lead heading into the third period.

Freshman forward Katelynn Charlton netted both goals for the Blue Hens on Saturday. Junior netminder Mattie Robitzer made 57 saves in the contest.

Junior defenseman Emma Pickering potted her first of 2025-26 on Saturday, but RIT fell 1-3 to No. 14/14 Northeastern.

Both AHA teams in Minnesota this weekend were unable to secure a victory.

(RV) Minnesota State topped Lindenwood 3-2 in the series finale in Mankato, Minn.

Robert Morris is 2-2 on the season after Bemidji State beat the Colonials 4-1. Junior forward Hailey Armstrong scored all four goals for the Beavers.
