Matilde Fantin was able to serve as the game’s hero and netted the game-winning goal on the power play with 4:24 remaining.

Katie DeSa made a season high 35 saves to reclaim sole possession of the most shutouts in the nation after recording her seventh of the season.
Penn State has claimed four victories over top 10-ranked opponents in 2025-26, and closes out the calendar year with an 18-1 record (9-0-0 on home ice).
