BOSTON - Four Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) programs competed on Saturday to close out the weekend slate of contests.
(RV) Mercyhurst earned a split with No. 4/4 Penn State and handed the visiting Nittany Lions their first conference loss of 2025-26.
The Lakers trailed on three separate occasions in the contest, and did not take a lead until senior defenseman
Payten Evans netted the game-winner 4:45 into overtime.
Freshman forward
Lolacher Berlin recorded her first career multi-goal game (2) and was the only skater to score multiple times in the effort.
Sophomore netminder
Magdalena Luggin made 36 saves through 63:54 in the matchup.
Freshman goaltender
Ava Drabyk led the Orange to a second consecutive shutout victory, this time recording 19 saves in a 2-0 win at Robert Morris.
Drabyk leads all freshmen goaltenders in the nation with five shutouts this season.
Freshman defenseman
Rachel Walsh potted Syracuse’s game-winning 11:38 into the middle frame.
