Washington D.C. - July 17, 2024 - On Monday, it was announced that Army West Point hockey will travel to Washington D.C. during the Army-Navy football game week to participate in the inaugural Capital Hockey Classic.

The Black Knights will take on the Penn State Nittany Lions on Thursday, December 12th in a non-conference regular season game at Capital One Arena, home of the Washington Capitals.

The matchup on the ice precedes the Army-Navy football game, which is on Saturday, December 14th at Commanders Field, home of the Washington Commanders.
