Players honored from Penn State (two), Delaware, Robert Morris.

BOSTON – Student-athletes from Penn State (two), Delaware and Robert Morris captured this week’s Atlantic Hockey America (AHA) women’s players of the week honors for games played Oct. 19-25.

PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Forward of the Week: Grace Outwater, Penn State
(Jr., Picton, Ont.)
Defenseman of the Week: Tiana McIntyre, Delaware (Gr., Park City, Utah)
Goaltender of the Week: Morgan Stickney, Penn State (Fr., St. Charles, Mo.)
Rookie of the Week: Ava Vrana, Robert Morris (F, Kingston, Ont.)

FORWARD OF THE WEEK
Grace Outwater scored a goal in each game of Penn State’s sweep at St. Lawrence this weekend, tallying a third-period power-play goal on Friday and the overtime game-winner on Saturday. Her 15 shots on goal in the two games led all AHA skaters for the week.

Outwater has a goal in seven of her eight games this season and her seven goals share the lead among AHA players. Saturday’s goal was the 12th game-winner of her career, which leads all active AHA players. She also leads current conference players in career goals (47) and career shorthanded goals (5).

This marks Outwater’s first AHA weekly honor of 2026-27 and the sixth of her career.

DEFENSEMAN OF THE WEEK
Tiana McIntyre led all AHA skaters with four points on the week, assisting on all four of Delaware’s goals in its road split with Long Island. Saturday she became the first Blue Hen to record three points in a game while posting the first multiple-point game of her career.

Three of her four helpers were primary assists, including her shot from the point that was tipped in for the game-winning goal Saturday in the third period in Delaware’s first-ever road victory. She had a +2 rating and two blocks on the weekend.

It is the first AHA weekly award for McIntyre, who leads Delaware in points (six) and has a three-game point-scoring streak.

GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Morgan Stickney earned AHA honors for the second week in a row and the third time in her first month at Penn State, this time claiming Goaltender of the Week after twice earning Rookie of the Week.

Stickney made consecutive starts for the first time in her collegiate career and held St. Lawrence to just one goal in each game, earning two road victories. She posted a 0.96 goals-against average and .952 save percentage, and her win total, GAA and save percentage led all AHA goaltenders for the week.

Stickney is 4-1-0 on the season and has won her last three starts, allowing a goal or fewer in each of those.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Ava Vrana scored a goal in each game of the Ice Breaker Tournament at Boston University this weekend, the first career points for the Kingston, Ont., native. She had four shots on goal, two blocked shots and a +2 rating for the weekend.

Vrana’s third-period goal against Minnesota State pulled Robert Morris within one. Another third-period goal Saturday was the only tally for the Colonials in their 2-1 loss to Boston University.

Vrana has played all 10 games for Robert Morris. She has 10 shots on goal in the season, six coming in the last four outings.
